Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for genuine issues (e.g., damaged or wrong product).

• You must raise the return request within 5–7 business days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof such as clear images or videos must be shared for verification.

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return process. If eligible, we may offer a replacement or a refund (processed through your original method of payment or UPI if applicable).

Non-returnable Items:

Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
